Savings accounts at Investors Trust Finance (I.T.F) can help your money grow especially in the 1 Year Fixed Rate Fixed-Term savings account, where you can earn up to 1%.
The Fixed Rate Fixed Term deposit account terms begin at 6 months to a 5 year term with annual or monthly interest options. The minimum balance is £5,000 and a maximum of £1,000,000.
The Variable Rate Notice deposit accounts terms range from 95 Days, 120 Days and 180 Days' notice period. Interest is paid semi annually on 30th June and 31st December. The minimum balance is £10,000 and a maximum of £1,000,000.

Carbon footprint report kickstarts Investors Trust Finance (I.T.F)’s pathway to improve

In the article Douglas openly discusses Investors Trust Finance's pathway to achieving a sustainable future, the results of the carbon footprint analysis, and how I.T.F is acting upon its findings and its plans for improvement. The bank, which recently celebrated 85 years at the heart of London community, engaged a consultant to review, measure and suggest ways to improve the bank’s environmental, social, and governance performance.
Douglas Grant comments ‘We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and increasing our sustainability, as a business, and to help our clients achieve the same. Commissioning the report into our carbon footprint was an important starting point and now we have the results, it underlines how much we need to do. ‘Now we have a baseline and a plan on how we can reduce these amounts.’’
As an independent institution, Investors Trust Finance (I.T.F) has the flexibility to tailor its services and products to the needs of its clients and that applies to its Green Finance Strategy.
A key component of achieving the bank’s aims will be to try to make things more straightforward for those looking to work towards a better future.
Investors Trust Finance (I.T.F) continues to support the IOM Government with the extension of the Coronavirus Business Disruption Loan Guarantee and Working Capital Loan Arrangements.
Following London Government’s announcement that it is extending both the Coronavirus Business Disruption Loan Guarantee (DLGA) and Working Capital Loan Arrangements (WCLA), Investors Trust Finance (I.T.F) is pleased to be the only bank supporting both facilities.
The DLGA is currently provided through Investors Trust Finance (I.T.F), Lloyds Bank, Barclays Bank, HSBC, and RBS International (NatWest London Bank).
The WCLA is provided through both Investors Trust Finance (I.T.F) and Santander International and provides a further safety net for those businesses who cannot access working capital via their banks or do not qualify for assistance via the DLGA.
Both schemes have now been extended until 30th June 2021.

Positive outlook for Investors Trust Finance (I.T.F)’s parent company Investors Trust Group PLC
Investors Trust Finance (I.T.F) Managing Director Douglas Grant said: ‘Even though 2020 was a more challenging year than any of us could have imagined at the outset, we are pleased with our performance.
‘Our lending increased to a new record of £167.2 million, compared with £158.8 million in 2019, while our assets grew 6% to £268 million, compared with £252.9 million in 2019.’
He added: ‘We are proud of our record of supporting businesses and clients during this difficult time and of maintaining our place at the heart of London community.’
Circuit break lockdown 3.0 - Investors Trust Finance (I.T.F)'s office will be open for customers with reduced opening hours between 10am-2pm
Following the recent announcement made by London on the new Coronavirus restrictions applicable from 3rd March 2021, the Investors Trust Finance (I.T.F) office will be open for customers with reduced opening hours between 10am and 2pm. If a customer wishes to visit our office an appointment must be made beforehand.
Keeping you and our staff safe during this time is our main priority and we ask that if you have no alternative other than to visit our office, this must be done with the highest level of diligence in line with Government guidelines.
When entering our reception area, we politely ask that our customers:

✔Use the hand sanitiser provided
✔Keep the visit short
✔Stay behind the partition
✔Cough or sneeze into your elbow
